What does Overtime Payroll do?
Overtime pay computed from the contract's overtime base, the rule's rate and the hours actually recognised.
What does Overtime Payroll not do?
It does not recognise hours. That is the Overtime app and its bridges. It does not know your tax rules. How overtime is taxed is a payroll rule. A contract without a base pays nothing. Set the overtime base amount. It does not pay. Payment is the banking side.

1. Quản lý các loại đãi ngộ được tính vào cơ sở tính lương tăng ca
Truy cập Bảng lương ‣ Cấu hình ‣ Mẫu chế độ Đãi ngộ cho Hợp đồng để tạo mới hoặc chọn một chế độ đãi ngộ, lựa chọn kích hoạt tính năng Nhân tố tăng ca:
2. Bổ sung thêm hai lựa chọn về Chế độ tiền cơ sở tính tăng ca
Truy cập Bảng lương ‣ Nhân viên ‣ Hợp đồng để tạo mới hợp đồng hoặc lựa chọn một hợp đồng trong danh sách, chuyển sang tab Thông tin Lương, tại trường Chế độ cơ sở tính tăng ca để chọn chế độ phù hợp:
- Lương Tổng
- Lương cơ bản cộng chế độ đãi ngộ theo cấu hình
3. Tự động nhận diện thời gian thực tế làm thêm giờ và tính lương tăng ca trên phiếu lương của nhân viên
Truy cập Bảng lương ‣ Phiếu lương ‣ Phiếu lương để tạo mới một phiếu lương (Hoặc bạn có thể tạo hàng loạt phiếu lương cho nhân viên khi truy cập Bảng lương ‣ Phiếu lương ‣ Bảng lương). Trên phiếu lương, bạn sẽ xem được thông tin:
- Chi tiết tăng ca
- Lương tăng ca bao gồm Lương tăng ca chịu thuế và Lương tăng ca không chịu thuế
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
