Relatives with their own contact, relationship and dependant flag - and the marital status, spouse name and dependant count that follow from them.
Employee Relatives (technical name to_hr_employee_relative) is an Odoo 17.0 app for Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise and Viindoo Cloud, built for hr, payroll, manager, employee.

The family on the employee
Each line is a contact with a relationship and a dependant flag - and the counts above are computed from them.
It works the same for everyone
Spouse, children, a dependent parent - the same three columns cover all of it.
And the directory is unchanged
No new menu, no new app - the data sits on the record HR already opens.
What You Get
A relatives table on the employee, each pointing at a real contact
Relationship type: father, mother, wife, husband, children, friend, other
A dependant flag, and Other Dependant and Total Dependant computed from it
Marital status and spouse name computed from the relatives, not typed
The relative's email, phone and tax number read from their contact
Guarded: an employee cannot have both a wife and a husband recorded

What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
It supplies the dependant count; what that is worth is a payroll rule.
That is deliberate - a name typed into a text field cannot be phoned.
Birth certificates and the like belong in Employee Documents.
Recording both a wife and a husband for the same employee is refused.

What does Employee Relatives not do?
It does not compute tax relief. It supplies the dependant count; what that is worth is a payroll rule. A relative must be a contact. That is deliberate - a name typed into a text field cannot be phoned. No document storage on the relative. Birth certificates and the like belong in Employee Documents. One spouse. Recording both a wife and a husband for the same employee is refused.

- Để nhập được thông tin người thân của nhân viên, truy cập: Nhân viên > Tạo mới hoặc vào một nhân viên bất kỳ > Thông tin riêng tư > Nhập thông tin người thân.
- Tìm kiếm nhân viên có người thân hay không.
- Trên giao diện liên hệ, người dùng có thể lọc, tìm ra ai là người thân của nhân viên công ty.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
