How many hours off an overtime hour buys is your policy, set on the rules.
Taking the time off follows the normal Time Off flow.
Validity is a Time Off setting.
Without it there is nowhere to allocate.

It does not decide the conversion rate. How many hours off an overtime hour buys is your policy, set on the rules. It does not approve the leave. Taking the time off follows the normal Time Off flow. It does not expire allocations. Validity is a Time Off setting. It needs the Time Off app. Without it there is nowhere to allocate.
