What does Documents - Sale do?
Documents attached to a sales order, filed in the Documents app - with its workspaces, tags, rules and access control.
What does Documents - Sale not do?
It does not generate documents. Automatic generation is the document rules engine. It does not migrate old attachments. They keep working; filing them is a deliberate move. Access is the document system's. Which is the point - separate from the record's own rights. It needs the Documents app. That is the half it bridges to.
Who is Documents - Sale for?
Sales: Finds the file with the record it belongs to. Document manager: Applies workspaces, tags and rules to it like any other file. Auditor: Sees the signed copy behind the transaction. Everyone else: Stops asking for a copy by email.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng
Khái niệm
Cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu: Là cơ chế liên kết giữa ứng dụng Tài liệu và các ứng dụng khác trong hệ thống. Cơ chế này cho phép tài liệu đính kèm từ các ứng dụng trong hệ thống có thể đổ về ứng dụng Tài liệu để quản lý tập trung.
Luồng hoạt động
Sau khi cài đặt module, bạn truy cập Tài liệu > Cấu hình > Cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu sẽ thấy một cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu cho tài liệu Bán hàng được tạo.
Tiếp theo, truy cập Module Bán hàng > Báo giá > tạo báo giá mới và đính kèm tài liệu.
Để xem được tài liệu đã đính kèm trong đơn bán, bạn truy cập vào Tài liệu > Tài liệu > chọn thư mục Bán hàng. Các tài liệu đính kèm sẽ được hiển thị tại đây.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
