What does Documents - Sale do?

It does not generate documents. Automatic generation is the document rules engine. It does not migrate old attachments. They keep working; filing them is a deliberate move. Access is the document system's. Which is the point - separate from the record's own rights. It needs the Documents app. That is the half it bridges to.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_document_sale.
- Press Install.
Instruction
Concept
Document Generation Rule: this rule allows linking the Documents application and other applications in the system. With this rule, the attachments from the other applications in the system will be carried over to the Documents application for centralized management.
Usage
After installing the module, you go to Documentation > Configuration > Document Generation Rule and you'll see a document generation rule for Sales documents.
Then, go to module Sales > Quotations > create a new quote and attach documents.
To view the documents attached to the sales order, go to Documents > Documents > select the Sales folder. The attached documents will be here.
