What does Documents - MRP do?
Documents attached to a manufacturing order, filed in the Documents app - with its workspaces, tags, rules and access control.
What does Documents - MRP not do?
It does not generate documents. Automatic generation is the document rules engine. It does not migrate old attachments. They keep working; filing them is a deliberate move. Access is the document system's. Which is the point - separate from the record's own rights. It needs the Documents app. That is the half it bridges to.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng
Các dữ liệu được tạo sẵn
Sau khi cài đặt ứng dụng, hệ thống sẽ tự động tạo ra các dữ liệu mẫu sau:
- Hành động: Hành động Xác nhận lệnh sản xuất, Đánh dấu lệnh sản xuất đang hoạt động, Hoàn thành lệnh sản xuất với các kiểu hành động thêm/thay thế thẻ tương ứng.
- Đội/Nhóm: Đội Sản xuất được tự động tạo phục vụ cho việc phân quyền truy cập tài liệu cho một nhóm người dùng không có quyền sản xuất nhưng có thể xem được tài liệu liên quan đến hoạt động sản xuất như bản vẽ/hướng dẫn được đính kèm.
- Thẻ: Các tệp tin và đường dẫn trong ứng dụng Tài liệu có thể được phân loại và sắp xếp bằng thẻ và các loại thẻ.
- Thư mục: Thư mục Sản xuất được tự động tạo để chứa tất cả các tài liệu được đính kèm liên quan đến lệnh sản xuất.
- Cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu: Cơ chế Lệnh sản xuất đã được tạo sẵn gắn với từng hành động thường được sử dụng trong hoạt động sản xuất cũng như phân các quyền truy cập mặc định cho các nhóm phân quyền sản xuất.
Note: Bạn có thể tự tạo ra các cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu khác với dữ liệu mà hệ thống đã tạo sẵn.
Luồng hoạt động
1. Tải tài liệu lên hệ thống
Sau khi thiết lập định mức nguyên vật liệu, bạn thực hiện tạo lệnh sản xuất. Tại khu vực trao đổi thông tin, bạn lựa chọn biểu tượng Ghim cài và ấn Thêm Đính kèm để đính kèm tài liệu liên quan đến sản xuất như: Bản thiết kế, v.v. với các định dạng như ảnh, PDF, Docs, v.v..
2. Kiểm tra tài liệu đã đính kèm
Sau khi đã đính kèm tài liệu trên lệnh sản xuất, truy cập ứng dụng Quản lý Tài liệu, lựa chọn thư mục Sản xuất, bạn sẽ thấy tài liệu đã được đính kèm trước đó hiển thị tại thư mục này. Ấn chọn tài liệu, bên phải màn hình sẽ hiển thị các hành động tương ứng đã được thiết lập. Chi tiết cách sử dụng hành động cho tài liệu, bạn tham khảo thêm tại bài viết Phê duyệt tài liệu.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
Bạn có thể phát triển các phân hệ Odoo có sử dụng Phần mềm như một Thư viện (thường là phụ thuộc vào, nhập vào và sử dụng nguồn của nó) nhưng không sao chéo bất kỳ mã nguồn hay tài liệu nào thuộc Phần mềm. Bạn có thể phân phối những phân hệ này theo giấy phép mà bạn lựa chọn, miễn sao nội dung giấy phép đó tương tích với điều khoản của Giấy phép Phần mềm Độc quyền Odoo (ví dụ: LGPL, MIT hay bất kỳ loại giấy phép phần mềm độc quyền nào tương tự vậy).
