- Bước 1: Trên hồ sơ nhân viên, tab Thông tin riêng tư, tại trường Tình trạng Hôn nhân, chọn Đã kết hôn, bạn sẽ thấy trường thông tin Tên đầy đủ Vợ/Chồng và Ngày sinh Vợ/Chồng. Bạn có thể để điền thông tin tương ứng hoặc tiếp tục thực hiện bước tiếp theo:
- Bước 2: Tạo một liên hệ là Vợ/Chồng của nhân viên, điền các thông tin bao gồm cả thông tin về Ngày sinh:
Thông tin về Tên và Ngày sinh của Vợ/Chồng sẽ được tự động nhận diện tương ứng trong hồ sơ nhân viên.
