Employee Relatives (technical name to_hr_employee_relative) is an Odoo 17.0 app for Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise and Viindoo Cloud, built for hr, payroll, manager, employee.

The family on the employee
Each line is a contact with a relationship and a dependant flag - and the counts above are computed from them.
It works the same for everyone
Spouse, children, a dependent parent - the same three columns cover all of it.
And the directory is unchanged
No new menu, no new app - the data sits on the record HR already opens.
What You Get
A relatives table on the employee, each pointing at a real contact
Relationship type: father, mother, wife, husband, children, friend, other
A dependant flag, and Other Dependant and Total Dependant computed from it
Marital status and spouse name computed from the relatives, not typed
The relative's email, phone and tax number read from their contact
Guarded: an employee cannot have both a wife and a husband recorded

What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
It supplies the dependant count; what that is worth is a payroll rule.
That is deliberate - a name typed into a text field cannot be phoned.
Birth certificates and the like belong in Employee Documents.
Recording both a wife and a husband for the same employee is refused.

It does not compute tax relief. It supplies the dependant count; what that is worth is a payroll rule. A relative must be a contact. Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword to_hr_employee_relative.
- Press Install.

- To store employee's relative information, access: Employees > Create a new one or access any employee profile > Private information > Enter employee's relative information.
- Search whether an employee has a relative or not.
- On the Contacts app, users can use filters to find out who are relatives of employees in the company.
