Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_helpdesk_sale.
- Press Install.

1. Manage the number of support tickets generated from the quotation, and sales orders.
- On the Quotation/Sales order view, an additional button will be displayed to statistic the number of Tickets.
- On the support tickets interface will add the related Sale order field.
2. Allow customers (with a portal user account) to create support tickets directly from the portal on sent quotations or sales orders.
3. Customers track the support processing from the portal user interface.
