What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
It needs stage history.
Opportunities created directly in a stage have no transition to draw.
It counts opportunities, not revenue.
Value analysis is the standard pipeline report.
It does not explain why.
It shows where - the conversation about why is still yours.
It is a view, not a new model.
The same records, drawn differently.

How to work with the Viin CRM Sankey View module
Concepts
A Sankey chart is a type of diagram that shows the relationship between sources and destinations. It allows us to see the transition from source to destination with a level of similarity or difference. Sources and destinations are connected by visual relationships to quantities or proportions represented by columns, colors, or widths.
A Sankey chart represents processes and the relationships between resources, data, or information. It is useful for some fields such as business, accounting, economics or project management. This module will help you visualize data of opportunities/leads on a Sankey chart view, following the stages configured in CRM.
Use the Sankey chart in the CRM app
1. Provide the Sankey view on the opportunity
Navigate to CRM > Sales, the system adds a Sankey chart view that allows users to see the number of conversion opportunities.
2. Provide the Sankey view on report
Navigate to CRM > Reporting > Conversion Analysis, the system adds a Sankey chart reporting view that allows users to view the number of conversions of opportunities and leads.
In the Display section, you can choose the information displayed on the chart by checking.
For example, here is an example of a Sankey chart image where you can confirm the number of conversions from the opportunity to other stages following the opportunity care process.
Here, you can understand the indicators as follows:
- All(0/9): The total of the input leads.
- Lead(9/9): The total of leads of the total of leads are moved to the next stages. As an example, out of the total of 9 leads, 3 leads are in the New stage and 6 leads are converted to Opportunity.
- Opportunity(6/6): The total of opportunities that move from leads of the total of opportunities move to the next stages.
- New(9/5): The total of opportunities move from leads and the total of new leads of the total of qualified opportunities and leads move to the next stages.
- Qualified(3/2): The total of opportunities/leads move from the New stage of the total of opportunities taken care of move from Qualified to Proposition.
- Proposition(3/2): The total of opportunities taken care of move from Qualified to Proposition of the total of won opportunities move from Proposition to Won.
- Won(2/0): The total of opportunities are marked as Win.
- Lost(1/0): The total of leads move from the New to Lost status.
