- Xây dựng khung kỹ năng.
- Tạo vị trí tuyển dụng.
- Khi có ứng viên nộp hồ sơ vào vị trí tuyển dụng trên, bộ phận nhân sự sẽ nhập thông tin về các kỹ năng của ứng viên trên hồ sơ tuyển dụng. Truy cập Tuyển dụng ‣ Ứng viên ‣ Tất cả ứng viên để tạo mới hoặc chọn một ứng viên trong danh sách:
- Tại phần Kỹ năng, ấn Tạo bản ghi mới để lựa chọn trong danh sách kỹ năng của khung kỹ năng của từng vị trí:
