- Với tính năng của module này, quy trình tuyển dụng của bộ phận nhân sự sẽ được giảm tải công việc. Trước tiên, truy cập tới Tuyển dụng > Ứng viên > Tất cả ứng viên > Tạo ứng viên > Thêm thông tin kỹ năng, sơ yếu lý lịch.
- Khi nhấn Tạo nhân viên trên form ứng viên, hệ thống sẽ tự động sao chép các thông tin về kỹ năng và sơ yếu lý lịch từ hồ sơ ứng viên sang hồ sơ nhân viên.
- Kết quả nhận được.
- Ngoài ra, bạn có thể tìm kiếm ứng viên theo kỹ năng.
- Hoặc tìm kiếm ứng viên theo sơ yếu lý lịch.
