Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_fleet_insurance.
- Press Install.
When you install this module, the Fleet module will also be auto-installed.

Configure fleet insurance types
Navigate to Fleet > Configuration > Insurance Types, and then press Creat.
- Title: Type the name of the fleet insurance type to be managed. E.g. Compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners, motor vehicle physical damage insurance, etc.
- Insurance Period: Type the period for the fleet insurances of this type.
- Days to notify: Number of days before the expiration date of the insurance to send notices to followers.
Press Save when you complete.
Create a Fleet Vehicle Insurance
To create insurance for each vehicle that needs to be managed on the system, you go to Fleet > Fleet Vehicle Insurance > Create.
- Reference: Fill in the information to refer to this vehicle's insurance.
- Vehicle: Select the vehicle that need to manage insurance.
- Type: Select the corresponding insurance type for the vehicle above.
- Start Date: Effective date of the insurance.
- Expiry: The system will automatically fill in the expiration date of the insurance based on the insurance period you have configured on the selected insurance type of the Type field.
- Days to notify: The system will automatically fill in the number of days to notify according to the number of days you have set in the Days to Notice field on the insurance type configuration. If you need to set a different number of days to notify for each vehicle, you can edit it.
You can change the status to Cancelled, Draft, Expiried depending on the status of the vehicle insurance you are managing by clicking the status buttons on this interface.
