Cấu hình các loại bảo hiểm phương tiện
Bạn truy cập Phương tiện > Cấu hình > Loại Bảo hiểm, sau đó nhấn Tạo.
- Tên: Bạn điền tên của loại bảo hiểm phương tiện cần quản lý. Ví dụ như: Bảo hiểm trách nhiệm dân sự bắt buộc cho chủ xe cơ giới, bảo hiểm thiệt hại vật chất xe cơ giới, v.v.
- Thời hạn Bảo hiểm: Điền thời hạn cho các bảo hiểm phương tiện thuộc loại này.
- Số Ngày để Thông báo: Số ngày trước ngày hết hạn của bảo hiểm để gửi thông báo đến những người theo dõi.
Sau khi hoàn tất, bấm nút Lưu.
Tạo Bảo hiểm Phương tiện
Để tạo bảo hiểm cho mỗi phương tiện cần quản lý trên hệ thống, bạn truy cập Phương tiện > Bảo hiểm Phương tiện > Tạo.
- Tham chiếu: Điền thông tin bạn cần tham chiếu với bảo hiểm của phương tiện này.
- Phương tiện: Chọn phương tiện cần quản lý bảo hiểm.
- Kiểu: Chọn loại bảo hiểm tương ứng đã mua cho phương tiện bên trên.
- Ngày bắt đầu: Ngày bảo hiểm bắt đầu có hiệu lực.
- Hết hạn: Hệ thống sẽ tự động điền ngày hết hạn của bảo hiểm dựa theo thời hạn bảo hiểm bạn đã cấu hình trên loại bảo hiểm mà bạn chọn ở trường Kiểu.
- Số ngày báo trước: Hệ thống sẽ tự động điền số ngày cần thông báo trước theo số ngày bạn đã thiết lập tại trường Số Ngày để Thông báo trên cấu hình loại bảo hiểm. Nếu giữa các phương tiện bạn cần thiết lập số ngày báo trước khác nhau thì bạn có thể sửa tại đây.
Bạn có thể thay đổi trạng thái thành Hủy bỏ, Đặt về dự thảo, Đặt về Hết hạn tùy theo trạng thái của bảo hiểm phương tiện đang quản lý bằng cách bấm vào các nút trạng thái trên giao diện này.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
