Example
Company A is planning to improve potential customers care to increase sales opportunities. However, the company does not have basic customer information such as their birthday. Understanding this need, this module provides the Date of Birth field on the lead form. To add and manage customer date of birth of leads, follow the steps below.
Usage
1. Add the date of birth on leads and opportunities
- Add Date of Birth on each opportunity.
- Add Date of Birth on each lead.
2. Filter and search for customers using the date of birth
Use the filter to search for customers by using their date of birth information on the lead and opportunity form.
- Search by date of birth on the opportunities list.
- Search by date of birth on the list of leads.
