Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword to_partner_dob_send_email.
- Press Install.
Instruction
Instruction video: Auto Send Happy Birthday Email
- After installing the module, go to Settings > General settings > Default Email Templates. In the Default email template section, check Send Happy Birthday Email and select a Happy birthday email template. This is the default template if a specific template is not selected for each partner.
- Open the partner profile, enter the date of birth and set up a happy birthday email template for the partner. Here, you can choose or configure specific email templates for this partner.
Note: Partner here must be Individual.
- When the setup is complete, to the date of birth of the partner, the system will automatically send a happy birthday email to the partner's email address. You can check that information in the Chatter area in the partner's profile.
- In addition, the same partner but in different companies can choose different email templates.
- If you do not use the feature to automatically send emails to each partner on their birthday, go to Contacts > Select the partner profile, click the button Send Happy Birthday Email to turn it off.
