There are 2 companies: Company A and Company B.
- Each company has 2 warehouses:
- Company A: Warehouse A Chau 1, Warehouse A Chau 2;
- Company B: Warehouse Binh Anh 1, Warehouse Binh Anh 2.
- Company A needs to purchase products from Company B.
- Company B sells and sends products from warehouse Binh Anh 2.
- Company A purchases and receives products in warehouse A Chau 1.
Steps to process
Step 1: Set up multi-companies.
Step 2: Configure multi-warehouses in each company.

Step 3: Configure inter-company transactions on the same system by goting to Settings and search with the inter-company keyword.

Step 4: Create a request for quotation and confirm the purchase order in Company A.
Step 5: Check the auto-generated sales order in Company B.
Step 6: Confirm the Kho Binh Anh 2: Delivery receipt created with the settings in the step 2.
