- Mỗi công ty có 2 kho:

- Công ty B: Kho Bình Anh 1, Kho Bình Anh 2.
- Công ty A có nhu cầu mua hàng của Công ty B.
- Công ty B thực hiện bán hàng, xuất hàng từ kho Bình Anh 2.
- Công ty A thực hiện đặt mua hàng, nhận hàng về kho Á Châu 1.
Áp dụng phần mềm
Bước 1: Thiết lập đa công ty.
Bước 2: Thiết lập đa kho tại từng công ty.

Bước 3: Thiết lập chung để thực hiện các giao dịch liên công ty trên cùng một hệ thống phần mềm. Từ màn hình chính, truy cập Thiết lập, tìm từ khóa liên công ty.

Bước 4: Tạo yêu cầu báo giá, xác nhận đơn mua tại Công ty A.
Bước 5: Kiểm tra đơn bán được sinh tự động tại Công ty B.
Bước 6: Xác nhận phiếu giao hàng tự sinh thực hiện kiểu giao nhận là xuất kho từ kho Bình Anh 2 theo như thiết lập tại bước 2.
