What does Retirement Age do?
Retirement age by gender - or detailed rules by birth-date range - the expected retirement date and days to go on every employee, a filter, and a scheduled notification to managers.
What does Retirement Age not do?
Needs a birthday and a gender. Employees without them show no date. It does not end the contract. HR does, on the date. Notification is per department manager and notify list. Not per employee. Rules are per company. Each company sets its own.
