What does OmniApproval™ - Recognition & Discipline Approvals (HR) not do?
The type is source-only: requests start from decisions. Create the decision first, then Get Approved. The submitter needs a direct manager when the type requires one. Set the manager on the employee. No separate approval for badges. The badge follows the decision.

Which Odoo version and editions does it support?
