It does not produce the contract. Drafting and signature are elsewhere. It does not sign. An e-signature app handles that. It files what is attached. A contract nobody attaches has nothing to file. Access is the Documents app's. Confidentiality is set on the workspace.

Khái niệm
- Cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu: Là cơ chế liên kết ứng dụng quản lý tài liệu với ứng dụng khác trong hệ thống. Cơ chế này cho phép tài liệu đính kèm từ các ứng dụng trong hệ thống đồng thời có thể lưu trữ tại ứng dụng Tài liệu để quản lý tập trung.
Luồng hoạt động
- Sau cài đặt module, truy cập Tài liệu > Cấu hình > Cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu sẽ thấy một cơ chế tự động tạo tài liệu cho tài liệu Hợp đồng lao động được tạo.
- Tiếp theo, truy cập ứng dụng Nhân viên > Tất cả hợp đồng > Chọn hợp đồng có sẵn hoặc tạo hợp đồng mới > Gắn file đính kèm vào hợp đồng.
- Để xem được tài liệu đã đính kèm trong hợp đồng, truy cập Tài liệu > Tài liệu > Chọn thư mục Hợp đồng lao động. Các tài liệu đính kèm sẽ được hiển thị tại đây.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
