What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
An internal move does not create a second equipment - it updates where the existing one is.
A receipt that may not create equipment refuses, rather than creating records nobody expected.
Lot-tracked or untracked products cannot become equipment - one machine needs one number.
Preventive plans stay in the maintenance app; this gives them the right equipment to hang on.
The two records are linked, not merged.

What does Stock Equipment not do?
It creates equipment on incoming transfers. An internal move does not create a second equipment - it updates where the existing one is. The operation type must allow it. A receipt that may not create equipment refuses, rather than creating records nobody expected. Serial tracking is required. Lot-tracked or untracked products cannot become equipment - one machine needs one number. It does not schedule maintenance. 1. Kích hoạt tính năng Có thể tạo thiết bị trên kiểu giao nhận
Trên ứng dụng Quản lý Kho vận, truy cập Cấu hình > Kiểu giao nhận và lựa chọn kiểu hoạt động Nhận hàng. Tích chọn Có thể tạo thiết bị để kích hoạt tính năng tạo thiết bị từ một sản phẩm nhập kho.
2. Tạo sản phẩm loại Thiết bị
Tạo một sản phẩm với các cấu hình như sau:
- Loại sản phẩm: Thiết bị;
- Truy xuất nguồn gốc: Theo Số sê-ri duy nhất.
Người dùng có thể dễ dàng quản lý các thông số về thiết bị như Nhóm bảo trì, Kỹ thuật viên chịu trách nhiệm bảo trì, v.v. ngay trên thiết lập của Nhóm Sản phẩm và của từng Sản phẩm.
3. Nhập kho và tạo thiết bị từ sản phẩm
Trên phiếu nhập kho của sản phẩm vừa tạo ở bước trước, bạn nhập số sê-ri cho sản phẩm đó và hệ thống tự động tích chọn Tạo thiết bị để tạo một thiết bị tương ứng trên ứng dụng Bảo trì. Trường hợp bạn không muốn tạo thiết bị thì có thể bỏ tích chọn tại bước này.
Ngoài ra, để quản lý vật tư thiết bị, bạn cũng có thể tạo mới một thiết bị trên ứng dụng Bảo trì và gắn thiết bị này với một sản phẩm đã được nhập kho trước đó bằng cách truy cập tới mô-đun Bảo trì > Thiết bị > Tạo. Trên tab Thông tin sản phẩm, chọn số sê-ri của sản phẩm cần được liên kết tại Số Sê-ri giao nhận.
