Receive a serialised machine and its equipment record is created for you - with the category, the team, the cost and, from then on, its movement history.

At a Glance
The facts of Stock Equipment, version 0.3, in one place. Published by Viindoo.
How It Works
Three screens, one flow.
Receive the serial numbers
The tick is on by default for equipment products on an incoming operation that may create equipment.
The equipment is created
Serial, category, team, cost and current stock location - and a history of the transfers it went through.
From the serial number's side
The serial links to the equipment and to the maintenance requests raised against it.
The fleet as a whole
Machines that came in through the warehouse sit next to the ones entered by hand - same model, same screens.
What You Get
An Equipment product type, which requires serial tracking
A default maintenance category and team per product or product category
One equipment created per serial when the receipt is validated
The equipment's cost taken from the receipt line
Current stock location computed from where the serial number is
Move history on the equipment, and maintenance history on the serial number
Per operation type: whether it may create equipment at all
More Screens
Everything below was taken on a database seeded with real business data, on this series - not a mock-up and not a screenshot from an older version.

What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
An internal move does not create a second equipment - it updates where the existing one is.
A receipt that may not create equipment refuses, rather than creating records nobody expected.
Lot-tracked or untracked products cannot become equipment - one machine needs one number.
Preventive plans stay in the maintenance app; this gives them the right equipment to hang on.
The two records are linked, not merged.
Works Well With
Apps from the same stack, built to fit this one:
Who Should Use Stock Equipment?
Warehouse
Receives machines the usual way; the maintenance records appear by themselves.
Maintenance manager
Gets equipment with the right category, team and serial - no re-keying.
Technician
Can see where a machine is before going to look for it.
Finance
Has the equipment's cost from the purchase, not from an estimate.

- Loại sản phẩm: Thiết bị;
