1. Tự động tạo thiết bị khi nhập kho sản phẩm
Bạn thực hiện tạo sản phẩm có kiểu là thiết bị và kích hoạt tính năng Truy vết theo số sê-ri duy nhất. Tiếp theo, bạn thực hiện tạo đơn mua và thực hiện nhập kho thiết bị. Truy cập Bảo trì > Thiết bị, hệ thống tự động tạo ra thiết bị gắn với số sê-ri vừa nhập kho tại ứng dụng quản lý Bảo trì. Ví dụ: bạn thực hiện nhập kho cho các thiết bị sau:
2. Gắn thành phần thiết bị theo phân cấp phả hệ (cha/con)
Tại giao diện thiết bị, lựa chọn thiết bị cha cho thiết bị đã tạo tại mục Bộ phận trực tiếp của. Trên thông tin của thiết bị cha sẽ hiển thị danh sách các thành phần/thiết bị con trực tiếp và bộ phân đệ quy (là thành phần của thiết bị con).
Trong ví dụ này, bạn thiết lập một bộ máy tính với các thành phần như sau:
- Máy tính;
- Bàn phím với Bàn di chuột là thành phần con.
3. Tạo yêu cầu bảo trì thiết bị con
Truy cập ứng dụng quản lý Bảo trì và tạo mới một yêu cầu bảo trì cho thiết bị con và thiết bị thành phần.
Sau khi điền các thông tin cần thiết, bạn thực hiện chuyển giai đoạn các yêu cầu và theo dõi yêu cầu bảo trì.
4. Truy vết số lượng yêu cầu bảo trì trên giao diện số lô/sê-ri
Truy cập Kho vận > Sản phẩm > Số Lô/sê-ri, tìm đến số sê-ri của thiết bị cha. Tại góc phải màn hình thống kê số lượng yêu cầu bảo trì của các thiết bị con gắn tới nó.
Lưu ý: Khi bạn tạo yêu cầu bảo trì cho thiết bị đệ quy thì hệ thống cũng sẽ thống kê số lượng yêu cầu bảo trì của các thiết bị đó trên giao diện số sê-ri của thiết bị cha.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
