Mrp Workorder (technical name to_mrp_workorder) is an Odoo 17.0 app for Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise and Viindoo Cloud, built for operator, supervisor, cost accountant, planner.

No quality steps on the tablet by itself. Manufacturing Quality Control adds them. No barcode scanning by itself. MRP Barcode adds it. Employee cost comes from the work centre or the employee hourly cost. Set one or the other. Needs Viindoo MRP Accounting. Depends on viin_mrp_account and hr_hourly_cost.
