What it does
l10n_vn_viin_edi ships the l10n_vn.edi.provider adapter contract but no concrete
implementation - real providers (Sinvoice, VNInvoice, MISA) each ship their own. This module
carries the ordinary registry model that exercises that contract in tests: a concrete
l10n_vn.edi.provider.test adapter, the einvoice.service.provider selection value it resolves
from, and the account.move native state field its _compute_einvoice_status override depends
on.
It ships no menu, no action and no business behaviour, and is never useful on a production
database.
