1. Create a list of Business Type and Employee Size

2. Set up the Contact us form on your website
Go to your Website, and press Edit to edit the Contact us form on the website. You can refer to more tutorials on website design by Viindoo:
- Select the location on the website where you want to place the Business type or Employee size field. For example, put under the Your Company field;
- Select block Style;
- In the Form area, in the Action field, select Create an Opportunity;
- Press the + Field button to add a new field;
- In the Field area, select the Type field Business type/Employee size;
- Then press Save.
Then, when the partner visits the website and leaves contact information, they will be able to select information about Business Type and Employee Size from the list created in step 1:
