1. Manage Business Type and Employee Size on the Leads/Opportunities form view
When a lead is assigned to you, you will qualify and add more information related to this customer. Especially partner as a company, the CRM software supports you add information about Business Type and Employee Size. This will help users to have a better understanding of the customer profile.
After qualifying, company information will be automatically transferred from lead to opportunity. Also, the new contact for this company will be created with the filled information from the lead.
2. Analysis by Business Type and Employee Size
On each lead/opportunity view, the CRM software provides a filter/group by criteria Business Type and Employee Size to help users analyze the leads/opportunities by each selected criteria.
