Example
A company has a project for warranty, Nguyễn Văn B is Project Manager and Nguyễn Văn A is the Lead Technician of this project.
On the general settings of this project in the Project app, assign Nguyễn Văn A as the Lead Technician. After adding all the necessary information, Nguyễn Văn A will be able to view details of the sales order related to the project.
Usage
Step 1: Grant access rights.
Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Manage Users and grant the Project User access rights to Nguyễn Văn A.
Step 2: Create project from a sales order.
Note: The product selected on the sales order should have the Project & Task created upon the creation.
Step 3: Assign Nguyễn Văn A as the Lead Technician of the project.
Assign the role to Nguyễn Văn A.
Log in to Nguyễn Văn A's account to view the sales order.
Step 4: Find projects that already have assigned lead technicians.
Example: You can search for projects that already have a lead technician in charge.
