Tình huống
Giả sử, một doanh nghiệp có dự án bảo hành. Trong đó, Nguyễn Văn B là chủ nhiệm dự án, Nguyễn Văn A là trưởng kỹ thuật phụ trách dự án bảo hành.
Trên thiết lập chung của dự án trong phần mềm quản lý dự án, chúng ta sẽ cần khai báo cho Nguyễn Văn A là Trưởng kỹ thuật. Sau khi điền đầy đủ thông tin, Nguyễn Văn A có thể xem được chi tiết đơn bán và các dòng đơn bán gắn với dự án đó.
Áp dụng
Bước 1: Phân quyền tài khoản.
Truy cập: Thiết lập > Thiết lập chung > Quản lý người dùng, phân cho Nguyễn Văn A quyền dự án là Người dùng.
Bước 2: Tạo một dự án từ đơn bán.
Lưu ý: Sản phẩm chọn trên đơn bán cần được thiết lập tạo Dự án & Nhiệm vụ khi có đơn bán.
Bước 3: Phân công cho Nguyễn Văn A chức danh trưởng kỹ thuật phụ trách dự án.
Gán chức danh cho Nguyễn Văn A.
Chuyển sang tài khoản của Nguyễn Văn A và xem kết quả.
Bước 4: Tìm kiếm dự án có trưởng kỹ thuật phụ trách.
Ví dụ: Bạn có thể tìm kiếm xem những dự án nào có trưởng kỹ thuật của dự án.
