It does not generate work entries. Generation stays Odoo's, from contracts, attendance and time off. The rate is data, not a rule. A salary rule still has to use it; the app puts the number where the rule can read it. It does not resolve conflicts. Conflicting entries are listed; fixing them is a decision. Tracking starts at installation. Entries changed before that have no history to show.
