- Navigate to Maintenance ‣ Equipments to create a new one or select equipment from the existing list (Note: the selected/created equipment should include parts).
Allocate the main equipment to employees or departments:
Choose to allocate to Employee, Department, or Other (Both Employee and Department) at the Used by field. With each option here, you will be allowed to choose employees or departments respectively.
When allocating the main equipment, its parts will be automatically allocated:
The information that is automatically recognized by the main equipment includes:- Used by;
- The relevant department or employee;
- Assigned Date.
