It does not send greetings. Automated emails are a separate module. It respects privacy rules. The public record exposes what Odoo allows it to. It does not compute age. That is a different question, and often a sensitive one. Employees without a date are not listed. Which is correct.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_hr_employee_birthday.
- Press Install.

Instruction video: Employee Birthday Filters
- After installing the module, navigate to List of employees, perform a quick search by date/month/year of birth.
- Search for employees by date of birth.
- Search for employees by month of birth.
- Search for employees by year of birth.
- Provide default filter to help manage employee birthday events not to be missed.
