It does not change project rights. Involving a manager in an approval is not the same as granting them the project. It adds context, not a workflow. The route comes from the approval type. It needs OmniApproval. This is a bridge to the approval engine. Milestones must exist to be referenced. The field is optional for exactly that reason.

- Project managers are involved in requests that name their project.
