- Search with keyword to_purchase_backdate.
- Press Install.
How to use
Instruction video: Purchase Confirmation Backdate
First, access the Purchase management app, create a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and press Validate to change it to a Purchase order (PO). Then, the system will show a window that allows you to select a day in the past to be the Confirmation date.
After selecting the confirmation date, press Validate again. On the PO view, the Confirmation date field shows the date that you have selected.
Note: By default, only users in the Purchase/Administrator group can perform this operation. Other users must be granted the Purchase Backdate Operations right to use this feature.
