Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword to_maintenance_approval.
- Press Install.

Initial configuration
Access rights
Navigate to Settings > Manage Users and grant the approval rights to users.
Configure approval types
Navigate to Approval > Configuration > Approval types, a new approval type named Maintenance Approval is created by default. Open it to set up the desired approval levels.
Create a maintenance approval request
The employee needs to navigate to the Approval app, find the Maintenance type and press Create Request, add necessary information then press Save > Submit. Once submitted, the approval request status is changed to To Approve.
Approve the maintenance approval request
To approve the request, the maintenance manager needs to navigate to the Approval app, find the awaiting approval request to approve or reject it according to the configured approval process.
Create a maintenance request
Once the maintenance approval request is approved, the manager press Create Maintenance Request to create a maintenance request and start the maintenance process.
The related maintenance request will be displayed on the maintenance approval request interface for easy access.
