It does not schedule the technician. The maintenance app does. One maintenance request per approved line. Group work on one line. Needs OmniApproval and HR Maintenance. Both are dependencies. Nothing to configure. Install it and the behaviour is there.

Thiết lập ban đầu
Phân quyền
Bạn truy cập vào Ứng dụng Thiết lập > Quản lý Người dùng và phân quyền Phê duyệt cho người dùng.
Thiết lập Kiểu phê duyệt
Bạn truy cập Ứng dụng Phê duyệt > Cấu hình > Kiểu phê duyệt, tại đây phần mềm tạo sẵn Kiểu phê duyệt là Bảo trì. Bạn bấm vào để thiết lập các cấp phê duyệt theo mong muốn.
Tạo Đề nghị Bảo trì
Nhân viên truy cập vào Ứng dụng Phê duyệt, tìm Kiểu Đề nghị là Bảo trì và bấm Tạo Đề nghị, nhập các thông tin cần thiết sau đó bấm Lưu > Trình. Sau khi bấm Trình, trạng thái phiếu đề nghị sẽ là Chờ duyệt.
Phê duyệt Đề nghị
Để phê duyệt Đề nghị, người phụ trách bảo trì sẽ truy cập vào Ứng dụng Phê duyệt, tìm phiếu Đề nghị cần duyệt sau đó thực hiện phê duyệt hoặc từ chối theo quy trình Phê duyệt.
Tạo Yêu cầu Bảo trì
Sau khi phiếu Đề nghị được hoàn thành phê duyệt, người phụ trách bấm Tạo Yêu cầu Bảo trì để tạo một Yêu cầu Bảo trì và bắt đầu quá trình bảo trì.
Phiếu Yêu cầu bảo trì liên quan sẽ được thống kê trên giao diện giúp người phụ trách dễ dàng tra cứu, tìm kiếm.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
Bạn có thể phát triển các phân hệ Odoo có sử dụng Phần mềm như một Thư viện (thường là phụ thuộc vào, nhập vào và sử dụng nguồn của nó) nhưng không sao chéo bất kỳ mã nguồn hay tài liệu nào thuộc Phần mềm.
