Configure foreign exchange rate
- Activate the Multi-currencies feature.
- Add the foreign exchange selling rate that you want to use.
Create a purchase order
Create a purchase order for importation with the configured foreign exchange rate above.
Receive products and review generated journal entries
Receive the products of this purchase order. On the receipt, a smart button to see all the journal entries will be displayed.
Click on this journal entry to see its value is automatically converted to the company's currency based on the configured foreign exchange rate.
