What does Accounting & Finance do?
Accounting > Accounting with journal entries and items, fiscal years, lock dates for non-advisers, all users and taxes, a posted-date stamp on every entry, a manual-entry flag and a bank & cash digest KPI.
What does Accounting & Finance not do?
No financial reports. Accounting Reports adds them. Manual flag is set on entries typed from the entries menu. Automated entries stay unflagged. Lock dates apply per company. Run the wizard in each.

Configure user access rights
Add new user access rights in accordance with the different accounting roles in a business:
- Auditor - Readonly;
- Accountant;
- Administrator.
Usage
Example: A process of goods purchase > receive goods in warehouse > sell goods (delivering and invoicing), review newly created journal entries applying the Anglo-Saxon Accounting.
- Step 1: To have the above workflow up and running, other than the to_account_accountant module, you need to install the following software:
- Step 2: Configure the product category and create a new product.
- Step 3: Create a purchase order and receive products at the warehouse.
- Step 4: Create vendor bill and review accounting information.
- Step 5: Create a sales quotation, sales order and deliver products.
- Step 6: Create a customer invoice and check accounting information.
Other features
- Recognize manual journal entries.
- Attach documents on each bank statement record, payment, and journal entry in the system.
