What it does
In some cases (for example, the Covid epidemic), employees cannot come to the company to work directly, but the human resources department still needs to manage their actual working time on the software for salary calculation. Therefore, Viindoo developed the viin_hr_payroll_timesheet_wfh module to meet that need.
Key Features
- Allow configuring the time-off types that require timesheet records (hr_timesheet module) to record PoW (Proof of Work), when an employee registers for these time-off types, timesheet records will be required to prove their working time.
- Allow to choose whether or not to apply this feature for each job position (For example, General Director or Manager will not have to record timesheet when not working at the company: Business trip or Working from home, etc.).
- Add the salary rule Missing PoW Timesheet to calculate the amount deducted according to the formula: Missing PoW Timesheet x Timesheet Cost per hour.
- Integrate with Payroll application (to_hr_payroll) https://viindoo.com/apps/app/17.0/to_hr_payroll for automatic calculation of the following information on payslips:
- Details of PoW Timesheet:
- Required PoW Timesheet Days/Hours;
- Recorded PoW Timesheet Days/Hours;
- Missed PoW Timesheet Days/Hours.
- Missed PoW Timesheet amount.

1. Create the time-off type required PoW
Go to Time off ‣ Configuration ‣ Time off types to create a new Time off type (Example: Work from home) and enable PoW Timesheet Required:
You can choose whether or not to apply this feature to some employees by going to Payroll ‣ Employees ‣ Employees, opening an employee profile, switch to the HR Settings tab to choose:
In addition, the human resource department is able to set up timekeeping costs for staff in the Timesheet Cost field.
2. Employees create time off requests and record timesheets
3. HR department creates payslips
Go to Payroll ‣ Payslips ‣ Payslips to create a new payslip. Then, you will see the following information:
Details of PoW hours when pressing Compute Sheet
Deducted amount if any missing PoW timesheet when pressing Compute Sheet
