It does not negotiate. Supplier prices are what your buyers agreed. It does not round for you beyond the pricelist rules. Rounding is pricelist configuration. It does not handle currency hedging. Conversion follows your rates. It needs supplier prices recorded. No vendor pricelist, no base.
