Cargo templates: describe a package once, generate it on shipments
A cargo template holds packing mode, package type, cargo type, HS code, origin, tax rate, dangerous-goods data, weight and volume, with lines for mixed packages; a wizard on the shipment generates N packages or bulk cargo from it, and a package can be turned back into a template.
