Work routines: the AI reviews your data on a schedule, under a nominated user, and writes a brief
A routine names a model and a domain, an interval, an agent and a service user; the heartbeat cron scans the records, creates one work item per run, runs the analytical agent over a PII-minimised summary and stores the brief; failures are counted with the last error, and the Routine Activity report shows runs by routine and goal.
