Tình huống
Giả định, khách mua hàng thanh toán qua cổng thông tin thanh toán Paypal. Khi thanh toán thành công, hệ thống sẽ tự tạo ra một giao dịch thanh toán có liên kết với hóa đơn hoặc đơn bán đã gửi cho khách. Vậy hệ thống sẽ hành xử như thế nào khi người dùng cố ý xóa giao dịch thanh toán này?
Áp dụng
Truy cập Kế toán > Cấu hình > Thanh toán > Giao dịch thanh toán để xem giao dịch được tạo tự động sau khi khách hàng thanh toán thành công.
Lúc này, hệ thống cũng tự động tạo ra một thanh toán gắn với giao dịch này.
Trên giao dịch thanh toán có liên kết với thanh toán, bạn chọn Hành động > Xóa, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo lỗi.
Lưu ý: Bật chế độ nhà phát triển để kiểm tra được các giao dịch thanh toán.
