How to add Skype field to partner

I would like to add Skype field to partner form to store Skype Name of our partners. I follow the instruction but I don't know what type of field to choose. Should it be char or text?

in Odoo, Char type is for a limited string, Text type is for an unlimited string. So, if you add a filed for Skype name, you can select Char type and limit the field to 32 characters.
