Who may see vendors, who may see customers - and who sees neither
Two groups - Vendor Contact Manager and Customer Contact Manager - decide which contacts a user can open; without them a user sees only the contacts they created, follow, or that are not classified as vendors or customers.

What does Contacts Access Rights do?
Two groups - Vendor Contact Manager and Customer Contact Manager - decide which contacts a user can open; without them a user sees only the contacts they created, follow, or that are not classified as vendors or customers.
What does Contacts Access Rights not do?
Contact Creation implies both groups. Remove it to restrict a user. Portal users are not restricted. They see their own company as before. Documents of hidden partners need the bridges. Install them for invoices, purchases, sales.
Who is Contacts Access Rights for?
