Meeting Room Management (technical name viin_meeting_room) is an Odoo 17.0 app for Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise and Viindoo Cloud, built for anyone booking a meeting, office manager, facilities.

It does not prevent a double booking. The room is recorded on the meeting; enforcing exclusivity is not part of this app. No resource booking or equipment. Projectors and desks are not modelled - the room is. No approval to book. Anyone who can create a meeting can choose a room.

- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with the keyword viin_meeting_room.
- Press Install.
How it works

Set up meeting rooms
Go to the Calendar app and follow the guide on how to create meeting rooms. .
Select a meeting room for your meeting
Create a new meeting, and on the meeting detail, you will see the Meeting Room field appear, which allows you to select a meeting room.
If the room is already occupied, you will see a pop-up appear.
This feature will save you time to find a meeting room for daily meetings, and optimize your meeting/appointment planning.
