Instruction video: Project & HR Integration
1. Add the department and involving departments field in the Project configuration for job management.
For effective project management, you can have separate settings for each project . On the project you are managing, select the ellipsis and press Edit. After installing the module, at the general setup view will add two fields Department and Involving Departments.
2. Statistics of involving employees, involving departments on the task when the user performs timesheet on the task.
Recording actual task performance time is a quick way to report work to help managers control details of task performance, record work progress. For projects with the collaboration of many departments, after individuals perform timesheet on each task, the system will record employees and involving departments right on each task/project.
3. Add project filter by department and involving department.
To serve the management of progress and effective project control by position, each department. This module provides filters with multiple criteria to view real-time reports for each project task. Navigate to Projects > Projects, use a custom filter by department or involving department.
4. Add timesheet report by department.
In addition to tracking and managing progress based on the Project app, you can also track the details of timesheet hours by department at the Timesheet app . Navigate to Timesheet > Reports and view Timesheet Report by department.
