1. Activate feature
When creating a quotation/sales order from an appointment, you need to activate the Appointment to Sale Quotation/Order feature in Settings. Then, on the Appointment Type interface, at the Sale Order Creation section, you can choose either Quotation or Sales Order depending on your needs.

2. Usage
First, customers book consultation appointments from the website.
After the customer successfully schedules an appointment, the responsible employee will receive information about the appointment and click Confirm to confirm the appointment with the customer.
A quotation or sales order will be automatically generated and linked to the corresponding appointment based on the configuration you set up for the appointment type.
