General configuration
Link e-learning course with an event
After installing the application, the system allows you to link the e-learning course with the created event with the following steps:
- Create an event on the system.
- Create an e-learning course.
- At the event creation interface, you select a course in the Course field.
Link the course content with each talk on the same event
Each talk is tied to course content. At an event, select Track to create a new talk and select course content for that talk.
Usage
In fact, besides productivity, learning culture is also focused on by businesses. They always want their employees to improve their professional qualifications, soft skills, etc. And this learning time must also be recorded to calculate the work efficiency of each employee. The integration of courses, events, and projects will solve this problem. To do this workflow, you need to install additional modules:
- After linking the e-learning course with the event, you will see the course content on the event.
- From this event, you create a project to record the timesheet and the system will record your learning time right on this event.
- The report of the learning timesheet by events.
Go to Events > Reporting > Events Analysis, and you will get statistics on the learning hours by each course and each employee.
